Private Pilates

Instruction customized to honor your specific needs and concerns will help you improve your technique and progress efficiently toward your goals using Pilates Apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, and Barrels) in addition to incorporating Pilates mat work.  Improve flexibility, core strength, balance, breathing, posture and alignment while promoting body awareness and whole body conditioning.
