Intending Wellness™ is a framework of fifty Wellness Intentions developed by Intuitive Counselor and Healing Facilitator, Karin Cremasco. After having studied and practiced several powerful but complicated energy modalities, Karin wanted to create a simple and equally effective tool that anyone could use to easily access the healer within. With passion and purpose, Karin has empowered others to help themselves by giving them a way to find their own answers. Intending Wellness is a practical approach that uses the power of intention to actively seek holistic wellness, reduce stress, practice mindfulness training and provide opportunity for self-reflection.

Once you clarify particular needs and goals “Wellness Intentions” are chosen using selections charts which serve as an intuitive tool. The Wellness Intentions are powerful and precise statements, each with a clear directive focused towards balance, wholeness, and healing.
